Scholarships: Applications due by Oct. 23

A number of scholarships are available to support students attending TexQ. Selected recipients will receive:

• Reduced Registration Fee: $400
• Travel stipends of up to $550 are available to help offset expenses.

Your application must be supported by one recommendation letter from your PhD advisor. When you submit the application your recommender is emailed a link to upload it — no action is needed from you beyond naming them. Letters are due October 30, 2026.

The scholarship recipients will be notified over email by November 6.
The e-mail will contain a scholarship number that you can use when registering for the Scholarship Rate.

Registration: Closes on Nov. 20, 2026

All registered attendees will be provided with lodging (double occupancy room), meals, and optional bus transportation to and from Austin airport. Some single rooms may be available at an additional expense - if necessary, email us to inquire.
