Scholarships: Applications due by Nov. 1

Scholarships are available to support students attending TexQ. Selected recipients will receive:

• Reduced Registration Fee: $400
• Travel stipends are available to help with airfare, and each recipient's amount is stated in their award letter.

Your application must be supported by one recommendation letter from your PhD advisor. When you submit the application your recommender is emailed a link to upload it — no action is needed from you beyond naming them. Letters are due November 4, 2026.

The scholarship recipients will be notified over email by November 6.
The e-mail will contain a scholarship number that you can use when registering for the Scholarship Rate.

Registration: Closes on Nov. 20, 2026

All registered attendees will be provided with lodging (double occupancy room), meals, and optional bus transportation to and from Austin airport. Some single rooms may be available at an additional expense - if necessary, email us to inquire.
